I received a letter from the Marketplace stating I need to send in documents

There are two primary documents you may need to submit if you received a letter from the Marketplace. You either need to submit a Verification of Citizenship, an Estimated Income document, or both.
Contact your Compass Agent when this happens and they will send you a link to a form where you can securely upload these documents so that your agent can upload them to the Marketplace for you.
